Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with some tech issues on my first visit, and I feel comfortable coming back for Easter.

The hotel room was ample sized and cheap with 2 beds. The breakfast was warm and there was a great selection of food to choose from. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in the industrial area. The staff was polite and responsive to requests.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, almost 2 km away, and enjoy the tranquil views around the Children's Museum of Richmond, just over 2 km from the hotel. The room was quiet and had plenty of space.

No bathtub stopper made it impossible to take a bath, while the faucet for the tub/shower was a nightmare-only hot water or nothing at all. The room also lacked a coffee maker, which would have been a welcome addition for a morning pick-me-up. Add in an assortment of cigarette burns across the comforter, and it didn't feel very cute.
